You can dance if you want to
A couple of months ago, my parents sent Eli a DVD of Raffi in concert. Eli loves it. In fact, the first words out of his mouth EVERY MORNING are "listen Raffi." Raffi is more important than waffles. More important than Nemo. Even more important than Elmo, and I didn't think anything would replace Elmo until Eli was at least 6. The bonus of a DVD is that we do not need to have the TV on, so he can hear the music but I feel less guilty if he is not actually watching television. He has seen the concert several times, though, and has memorized all of the accompanying dance moves for the more active songs. Here is one of his (and my) favorites, though this is not nearly his best performance. Keep watching, and my dad joins him for the last half.
